Bot Built Agency provides custom bot development and automation services. All projects are scoped and quoted individually with fixed pricing. Deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon before any work begins.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing necessary access credentials, specifications, and timely feedback. Clients acknowledge that platform terms of service apply to their accounts and usage of delivered bots.

Payment & Delivery

We offer fixed-price quotes with no hidden fees. Average delivery is 8 business days. A deposit may be required before work begins. 30 days of post-delivery support is included with every project.

Liability

We build production-grade bots with 99.9% uptime targets. However, we are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms against client accounts. All bots are built with best practices for account safety.
